Remote Agent Installation
Note: This will give us remote control abilities of any machine on which it is installed!
The links to the right will download a zip file. When your download completes:
Windows: Open the ZIP file and double click the EXE inside.
MacOS: Open the ZIP file and double click the install.pkg file
If you need detailed instructions, please contact us and we will be happy to walk you through the installation of the agent.
When you click the link it will download the file. Once complete, you may see that it was blocked. If so, click the arrow next to “Discard” (number 1) and then click “Keep” (number 2). Then click the file to open it and run the NFC_AGENT.EXE installer.
When you click the link, it will ask if you want to save or open the file. Make sure “Open With” (Number 1) is selected, you can leave the default option in the dropdown. Then click “OK” (number 2). When the file opens, run the NFC_AGENT.EXE installer.
Visit the NFC Support Portal to create or view tickets, access your SpamControl Panel, pay an invoice, or begin a remote session.
Visit the SpamControl Panel to manage your white- or blacklists, view your quarantine, release messages and more.
Visit the Intermedia portal to manage your phone system or check messages.
